I think that this methodology is not suitable to every manufacturing company, zawad only to companies where the entire management and even a large percentage of the employees are really willing to strive for perfectionism over the long term.
Finally I have found something which helped me. I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses. Still most importantly it tells about the importance of company culture, continuous learning and true understanding about the thinking behind TPS.
