I was under the impression she was actually going to do volunteer work and how THOSE experiences made her into a better person, so I was slightly disappointed, only because I was expecting a different outcome. The audio version was something new for me with this author. She even goes so far to describe a moment where she is thinking “do you know who I am?

I was into it; I feel like this book was Jen Lancaster’s comeback.
